Whole Beef Package
The Whole Beef package from TanOak Cattle Co. is designed for families who want a full, year-long supply of beef with consistent quality and straightforward pricing. This package provides approximately 680 lbs of finished, packaged beef, offering a complete range of cuts from steaks to ground beef, bones, fat, and organ meats.
Pricing & Payment
Total Price: $8,840
Deposit: $1,500 to reserve
Remaining Balance: $7,340 due prior to delivery
Price Per Pound: $13.10/lb (final take-home weight)
This price is all-inclusive price — cut, vacuum packaged, and and delivered. No additional fees.
What’s Included
Approximately 655-675 lbs of beef, packaged and ready for your freezer:
~155-165 lbs premium steaks(Ribeye, T-Bone including Filet & NY Strip, Sirloin, Flank, Skirt, Picanha, and similar cuts)
~390-405 lbs ground beef(Select roasts, brisket, and rib cuts are incorporated into the grind)
~65-80 lbs marrow & broth bones, Tallow, organ meats
Some traditional roast and brisket cuts are incorporated into the ground beef to create a higher-quality blend.

Storage Requirements
Approximately 14 cubic feet of freezer space is recommended. A dedicated chest or upright freezer is ideal. A freezer is included with this package.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated availability is between mid-April and May, depending on harvest timing. Updates will be provided as the date approaches so you can plan accordingly.
Reserving Your Whole Beef
A $1,500 deposit secures your whole beef. The remaining balance is due when your order is ready for delivery.
