Half Beef Package
The Half Beef package is intended for families who want to stock their freezer with a full selection of cuts for long-term use. It provides a consistent supply of steaks, ground beef, bones, fat, and organ meats at a set per-pound price.
Pricing & Payment
Total Price: $4,590
Deposit: $750 to reserve
Remaining Balance: $3,840 due prior to delivery
Price Per Pound: $13.60/lb (final take-home weight)
This price is all-inclusive price — cut, vacuum packaged, and and delivered. No additional fees.
What’s Included
Approximately 325-340 lbs of beef
(Hanging weights vary per cow)
packaged and ready for your freezer:
~80-85 lbs premium steaks(Ribeye, T-Bone including Filet & NY Strip, Sirloin, Flank, Skirt, Picanha, and similar cuts)
~190-200 lbs ground beef(Select roasts, brisket, and rib cuts are incorporated into the grind)
~30-40 lbs marrow & broth bones, Tallow, Organ meats
Some traditional roast and brisket cuts are incorporated into the ground beef to create a higher-quality blend.

Storage Requirements
Approximately 7 cubic feet of freezer space is required. A dedicated chest or upright freezer is recommended. A freezer is provided with this package.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated availability is around the first week of April, depending on harvest timing. Updates will be provided as the date approaches.
Reserving Your Half
A $750 deposit secures your half beef. The remaining balance is due when your order is ready for delivery.
