The Quarter Beef package is designed for families who want to purchase beef in bulk with clear pricing and consistent quality. Our finished steers typically weigh heavier than average, which means our quarters often yield more total meat than a standard quarter.

Deposit: $500 to reserve your quarter
Remaining Balance: $1,863 due prior to delivery
Price Per Pound: $13.90/lb (final take-home weight)
This price is all-inclusive price — cut, vacuum packaged, and and delivered. No additional fees.
Approximately 170–175 lbs of beef, packaged and ready for your freezer:
~40 lbs premium steaks
~110 lbs ground beef
~8 lbs marrow & broth bones
~8 lbs beef fat (suet) for tallow
~8 lbs organ meats
Some traditional roast and brisket cuts are incorporated into the ground beef to create a higher-quality blend.
Plan for approximately 7 cubic feet of freezer space. A dedicated chest or upright freezer is recommended.
Estimated availability is around the first week of April, depending on harvest readiness. Updates will be provided as the date approaches.
A $500 deposit secures your share. The remaining balance is due when your beef is ready for delivery.

The Half Beef package is intended for families who want to stock their freezer with a full selection of cuts for long-term use. It provides a consistent supply of steaks, ground beef, bones, fat, and organ meats at a set per-pound price.

Deposit: $750 to reserve
Remaining Balance: $3,840 due prior to delivery
Price Per Pound: $13.50/lb (final take-home weight)
This price is all-inclusive price — cut, vacuum packaged, and and delivered. No additional fees.
A freezer is included with your purchase.
Approximately 340 lbs of beef, packaged and ready for your freezer:
~82 lbs premium steaks
(Ribeye, T-Bone including Filet & NY Strip, Sirloin, Flank, Skirt, Picanha, and similar cuts)
~210 lbs ground beef
(Select roasts, brisket, and rib cuts are incorporated into the grind)
~20 lbs marrow & broth bones
~10 lbs beef fat (suet) for cooking or tallow
